About The Foundation

The DCG Foundation is a philanthropic organization established by the Diversity Construction Group. Our mission is to promote diversity and inclusion in the construction industry, by increasing the participation of minorities and women. One of the ways we achieve this is by awarding a scholarship to a student who aspires to pursue a career in construction.

We believe in the importance of embracing diversity as our nation continues to become more diverse each day. In order to keep up with this trend, it is crucial that key industries, such as construction, reflect this diversity. As our economy grows, so does the demand for construction projects. Therefore, we are committed to ensuring that tomorrow’s offices, commercial spaces, schools, and other significant structures are built by a skilled and diverse workforce.

Since its inception in 2016, the DCG Foundation has awarded over $17,500 in scholarships. The impact of these scholarships has been profound, as recipients have gone on to achieve academic success and contribute to the construction industry in various capacities. Throughout the year, we organize several fundraisers to raise funds for our program. These events help us provide financial support to deserving students and raise awareness about the need for diversity in construction.
